Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€).
For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT where applicable.
Business customers within the European Union who provide a valid VAT Registration Number during checkout may be invoiced without VAT where permitted by applicable tax legislation.
Orders delivered or collected within the Republic of Cyprus are subject to Cyprus VAT, regardless of the customer's country of residence.
Customers outside the European Union are charged our export (ex-VAT) prices where applicable. Please note that import duties, customs charges and local taxes may be payable upon arrival, depending on the regulations of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Visitors from non-EU countries who purchase goods in Cyprus may be eligible for a VAT refund through the Global Blue Tax Free Shopping scheme, subject to the applicable terms and legal requirements.

Products marked In Stock are normally available for immediate dispatch.
If any item is temporarily unavailable or insufficient stock exists to fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly with the expected delivery time and offer you the choice to:

Shipping
We are pleased to offer free delivery on many orders, subject to destination, weight and size.
Free Delivery
If an order contains particularly large or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, we will always contact you before dispatch and proceed only with your approval.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically between 3 and 10 business days, although remote destinations or customs procedures may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
Pricing Errors
While we make every effort to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate, occasional errors may occur.
If a pricing or typographical error is identified before dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be informed promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.
North Cyprus
Due to current circumstances, we are unfortunately unable to offer direct delivery to North Cyprus.
Customers wishing to purchase products for North Cyprus are welcome to select Store Collection during checkout or contact us to discuss alternative arrangements where possible.
