Plug protection for RJ45 cable assembly. Convenient and secure Ethernet transmission with the ENOVA RJ45 plug protector. The RJ45 insert is not included in the scope of delivery and can be purchased as an accessory as a Cat5e or Cat6A variant. Or use your standard 8 pin RJ45 crimp insert according to industry standard TIA-10961.
The design of the RJ45 plug protection with the shortest housing structure fits all RJ45 sockets, whether for the PC, mixing console, lighting technology, pro audio technology, network technology.
The RJ45 protective housing ring can be easily mounted or dismounted via bayonet locking - depending on the intended use.
The RJ45 plug protection can thus be used in two variants:
1st variant (PC technology): You can remove the protective cap from the RJ45 cable plug. Now the RJ45 pressure spring functions normally via the cable plug push button. This makes it easier to plug in and unplug the connector.
2nd variant (event technology): You can easily mount the protective cap via bayonet catch. Now the push button of the plug protection is deactivated. Now the RJ45 push button of the RJ45 chassis socket on the unit works. This locks the RJ45 plug protector to the Ethernet chassis socket on equipment used in event technology. The LAN connection is even better protected from signal failure by the RJ45 plug protector.
